CHABYELE, THE WORKSHOP-CONTEMPORARY TEXTILE ART

Myth, legend and memoirs rule between the Sky and the Earth. Also race, Gods and racial melting pot. These are the devotion time
cannot erase because they represent the typical coincidence in mankind’s footprint. Textile art is one of these coincidences.
Textile art has been treasuring the ancient cultural backgrounds of the world in America, Africa and Asia before the historic rise of the
western paradigm of progress and success.
Knitting has become a devotion to expertise and a mythical permanent art of technique. Through creation an author enjoys ancient
secrets in the process of knitting in loom, a bizarre and almost extinct vocation that unanimously seduces the team of Arte ChabYele.
The south-american Tiziana Montt and the caribbean Thiago Alves are the artists with an own concept of existence and creation. Tiziana
and Thiago both rescue one of the most ancient initiatives to be featured at modern forum of languages and trends along with the
commercial venues of art.
The artworks exposed herein witness a detailed execution, and a continuous review of said particular issues. With this show the artists
exhibit a diverse iconography: bold and raw, daring and traditional but modern.
Arte ChabYele is where aesthetics rime with uniqueness and human feelings play along with modernism. Art is not longer exclusive for
